About me

I was born in São Paulo and in 1988 I went to Europe.

I lived in Italy for 10 months where I studied Italian and after that I went to live in the UK.

I lived in the UK for 10 years, most of the time in London but also on the west coast, in Newquay, in Cornwall.

While in the UK, I took the opportunity to do firstly the Cambridge First Certificate and later the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English.

Back in Brazil, I’ve been teaching English since October 1998.

At the beginning I worked at a course specialized in supplying training in the English language for business people in companies. During that time I was continuously trained.

In February 2000 I started teaching my own private students and have been doing so until this date.

I created this blog because I believe that the best way to learn is by living the language, by using real life material and most importantly, by using material that interests the learner.

Here you can find many videos and other material, divided into different categories, chosen exclusively for each of my students.
